The BIG-IP will send gratuitous ARPs (GARPs) for a virtual address that has ARP disabled
Traffic is directed to the node on the network
Failover
Disable both "ARP" and "ICMP Echo".
The BIG-IP will not send GARPs for a Virtual Address when the ARP has been disabled for that virtual address.
