TMM restarts after creating an external data group that was recently deleted.
Traffic disrupted while tmm restarts.
Deleting an external data group and recreating it immediately
To avoid this issue, don't re-create the same external data group; create it with a different name.
External Datagroup: TMM no longer cores on rapid creation/deletion cycle.
