There should be two route tables in TMOS: main and mgmt, but the mgmt table is missing as part of the changes that removed old platforms support. As a result, route table 245 is missing.
Mgmt traffic will be impacted.

Manually add the mgmt route table.
This issue is now fixed as the mgmt route changes are corrected. The route table name is changed from SCCP to MGMT.
