Symptoms

Unable to import Access Profile correctly if more than one Advanced Customization Template is presented; usually it ends up in losing of the rest of Advanced Customization templates.

Impact

Cosmetic. Although configuration is lost, no functionality is broken, and Adv Customization could be copied through the Customization interface.

Conditions

Exported Access Profile has one or more Advanced Customizations (i.e. actual html/php edited) for similar type of objects: i.e. 2 logon pages, 2 message boxes etc with Adv Cust.

Workaround

1. Import Profile 2. Copy Advanced Customization code from original Profile/Object to Notepad (or other preffered editor) 3. Paste Advanced Customization code from Notepad to new copy of original Profile/Object
