Impact on the system resources.
This scenario may happen when there is a TMM crash, which causes both AVRD and DoSL7d to restart, and the shared memory to reset.
This issue has no workaround at this time.
We fixed a rare case when after a TMM core dump, Application DoS got stuck in a loop, consuming 100% of the CPU.
