If copying policy with name longer than 70 characters it could end up in failed policy with duplicated name

1. New name is longer than ~70 characters 2. Lot of similar objects in policy or macro
Use shorter names. If configuration already exists, it's possbile to fix via editing bigip.conf (though this is not advised): 1. Find agent and make a copy with different name 2. Find access policy items that are sharing the same agent 3. Modify access policy item to point to newly created agent
