When a single hyper-thread VCMP guest's data-plane is at maximum utilization, control-plane functions become very non-responsive. Timeouts when using the TMUI, and delays greater than a minute for operations that normally take seconds may be observed.
The system becomes very difficult to manage.
This occurs when a VCMP guest is provisioned with only one hyper-thread, and the data-plane is at full utilization.
Single hyper-thread VCMP guest's are now manageable under maximum data-plane utilization.
