When using dnatutil on deterministic NAT states from 11.3/11.4 HSL (Splunk/Syslog), dnatutil is unable to match correctly using time when provided with --start_time/--end_time, if the log host and BIG-IP is not in the same timezone.

When using dnatutil on a log host with a different timezone than the BIG-IP, and parameter --start_time/--end_time is provided for timestamp matching.
1) Use dnatutil without --start_time/--end_time 2) Change timezone of the log host to be the same of that of the BIG-IP system.
