Symptoms

Cannot configure route domain for centralized management infrastructure (CMI) device unicast-address. (CMI is also referred to as device service clustering (DSC).)

Impact

Cannot configure route domain. This is not a supported configuration. If you use a route-domain address, the configuration does not work, and the system posts a number of log errors indicating that.

Conditions

Try to configure non-default route-domain for CMI device unicast-address.

Workaround

Do not configure non-default route-domain for CMI device unicast-address.
