The CEC and Qosmos libraries do not sync between ACTIVE/STANDBY setup using device group.
Standby system will not have updated IM.
High availability (HA) configuration with CEC enabled.
To work around this issue, change the STANDBY to ACTIVE to do CEC hitless upgrade.
The system now correctly supports upgrading Device Groups and multi blade devices.
