When a policy contains no rules, or it has rules, but the rules have neither conditions nor actions. This policy can cause a TMM crash when applied to a virtual server.
TMM restarts continuously.
Create an ltm policy, without rules, or add a single rule without conditions or actions. Apply this policy to a virtual server.
An LTM policy without rules or with only rules that have no actions nor conditions has no purpose. The work-around is to not apply such a policy to a virtual server.
When applying empty policies to a virtual server, the TMM no longer crashes.
