Observe that the Security Policy Description is empty for this new policy (rather than inheriting from the template) and that the Enforcement Mode is Transparent (rather than blocking, like the template).
The policy data is not preserved in the new policy. This is a change from (at least) 11.1.0 and 11.2.0.
This issue occurs when deploying a security policy from a template, the template's Security Policy Description and its Enforcement Mode (if set to blocking).
This issue has no workaround at this time.
When creating a security policy from a previously created security policy saved as a template, the new security policy's description and Enforcement Mode (if set to blocking) are now preserved.
