TMM cores and restarts with "01010009:3: Failed to bind to address" appearing in the LTM log.
Traffic disrupted while tmm restarts.
SPDY virtual coupled with configuration changes causing a new instance of the SPDY virtual to be created.
No workaround short of not using SPDY feature.
The SPDY feature now manages its internal state correctly thus avoiding failed binds and the resulting assert.
