APD became unresponsive, while using strace or attaching GDB, which results in incoming connection handling thread issues.

APD became unresponsive while using strace or attaching GDB, which resulted in lost of incoming connection handling thread. With this fix, APD continues to serve connection requests while using strace or attaching it to GDB.
