DSCP marking is lost for APM VPN traffic on BIG-IP. As a result, APM Client Side Traffic Control feature isn't working.
End user traffic cannot get proper traffic control.
If DSCP marking is set on the "apm resource client-rate-class", the marking is not copied over to the server-side.
Use a fowarding virtual with fastl4 profile after client traffic gets out of VPN tunnel.
DSCP marking for client traffic control is now passed through APM VPN tunnel.
