User doesn't get a new message automatically. The 'envelop' picture is not changing after reading a message.
There is no way for user to get new messages automatically. User can has some inconvenience with sorting read/unread messages.
When user gets a new message, it is shown in mailbox interface of OWA2010 momentarily (~2-15 sec). The 'closed envelop' picture indicates, that the message is unread. It is changing to the 'open envelop' after reading the message. At the moment user doesn't get a new message automatically. Need to click 'Check message' button for getting new e-mails. Also, the 'envelop' picture is not changing after reading a message, or after changing read/unread status manually.
There is no workaround at this time.
Now when using Outlook Web Access (OWA) 2010 from a portal access webtop, new messages are shown automatically in the mailbox and the message indicator changes accordingly depending on whether the messages are read or unread.
