Symptoms

If you type or cut and paste an image file name into the General Customization interface, the file name does not fit the expected naming convention. After you save the file and reopen it, errors occur if you click Restore Default.

Impact

If the user inputs an image name that does not fit the naming convention, the system cannot restore the default setting in the General Customization GUI.

Conditions

This happens in using the General Customization interface.

Workaround

Always use the image selector to change image files.
