Symptoms

Citrix Receiver for iOS might fail to connect through APM in integration mode.

Impact

Receiver fails to connect. APM logs contain entries similar to the following: Invalid APM ticket: SOCKS 'ica'.

Conditions

This occurs in integration mode when the ICA file generated by backend is missing the following properties: DoNotUseDefaultCSL=On, HTTPBrowserAddress=!, LocHttpBrowserAddress=!.

Workaround

There is no workaround.

Now Citrix Receiver for iOS can connect through APM when the ICA file generated by the backend is missing the following properties: DoNotUseDefaultCSL=On, HTTPBrowserAddress=!, LocHttpBrowserAddress=!.
