Symptoms

A DNS nameserver can be deleted from the BIG-IP system if it is used by a DNS zone as a transfer client.

Impact

MCPD validation error message.

Conditions

Using DNS nameservers.

Workaround

None.

Fix Information

A DNS nameserver is no longer allowed to be deleted from the BIG-IP system if it is used by a DNS zone as a transfer client. MCPD validation error message will appear when trying to delete a nameserver from the BIG-IP if it's used as a transfer client of one or more DNS zones.
