When using the Configuration Utility, users who visit System :: Logs :: Configuration and click on the Options tab will see an error message('General database error retrieving information.') instead of the page.
Page is inaccessible.
User visits the page and clicks on the Options tab.
Configure options in TMSH.
User can now use the GUI to access Configuration Utility page System :: Logs :: Configuration :: Options without error.
