When adding a user to a local user database, you cannot complete the configuration if you type an email address in the User Name field.
User name can not be have special character ".".
While using e-mail as user name (e.g name@f5.com), the string containing the special character period (.) prevents creating user with name as e-mail.
Do not use "." in the user name field.
The special character "." can now be used for a user name.
