BIG-IP Edge Client for Mac cannot connect to a BIG-IP system on which a machine information agent is included in the access policy.
For access policies containing a machine information agent, then MAC Edge client might fail intermittently to pass the access policy. MAC Edge client always fails to connect to if client endpoint inspection agent. e.g., Mac process checker, file checker, etc., is located directly after the machine information agent.
