If you switch into a partition other than 'Common', and attempt to create a Portal Access resource using the Wizard, you receive a 'General Database Error', and the apmd and/or apd might restart. If you go to the 'Common' partition, you can create a Portal Access resource with a Wizard without issue.
Cannot create a Portal Access resource using the Wizard. The apmd and/or apd might restart.
Only happens on partition other than 'Common'.
On a partition other than 'Common', do not use the Wizard; configure related objects step by step individually.
You can now use the Wizard to create a Portal Access resource on any partition.
