Untagged/tagged VLAN interfaces do not show up in the GUI when there are multiple partitions.
Not all interfaces show up properly in the GUI.
Create VLAN interfaces on multiple partitions and then select All [Read Only] from the list view.

The GUI now properly queries for the interfaces in All [Read Only] view, so all untagged/tagged VLAN interfaces show up correctly.
