Under specific sequence of PPP tunnel establishments and teardowns due to timeout, records of assigned leasepool IP addresses may not be cleaned up properly. The problem prevents future tunnels from reusing these addresses and there is no way to reclaim these addresses. "IP Addr collision" warning messages will appear in /var/log/apm whenever a new tunnel attempts to re-use any of the leasepool addresses that are marked in use due to improper cleanup.
Affected leasepool addresses cannot be used again.
