Symptoms

Entering a large number (for example, 10,000,000,000 bytes) in the Message Cache Size field automatically reduces to the random value instead of giving a user an invalid value message.

Impact

The value saved is not what was expected by the user.

Conditions

This occurs when using a very large number, such as 10,000,000,000 bytes, in the Message Cache Size field.

Workaround

Reduce the value. Valid value range for Message Cache Size is from 0 (zero) to 4294967295.

Fix Information

The UI now appropriately handles the value range for the Message Cache Size field.
