Symptoms

MCPD cores during a transaction. Even though the object's oid is present in the phantom objects container, it is later added to the "modified objects" container.

Impact

MCPD restarts.

Conditions

Transaction must both create and destroy the same object during a single transaction.

Workaround

Do not create and delete an object in the same transaction.

Fix Information

Took steps to ensure that MCP would not attempt to modify an object that has been both created and deleted in the same transaction.
