The remote-syslog config is saved in both bigip_base.conf and bigip_sys.conf.
UCS roll forward fails during upgrade. The system posts a message similar to the following: err load_config_files: '/usr/libexec/bigpipe base daol' - failed. -- BIGpipe unknown operation error: 01070911:3: The requested host () is invalid for host in /Common/syslog remote_server (/Common/test1).
This occurs when upgrading UCS files containing remote syslog config.
Make sure to remove unnecessary remote syslog config before upgrade.
