When issuing the tmsh command 'load sys config', policies may appear to be ineffective.
Policy does not work as expected.
Policy actions that might disappear refer to another object, for example 'forward select pool pool-object'.
Remove and reapply the affected policies using tmsh: modify ltm virtual vs-name policies none. modify ltm virtual vs-name policies add { affected-policy }
'tmsh load sys config' now loads policy actions correctly, so some actions are no longer ineffective.
