Symptoms

Flow control added in SIPP filter can cause the filter to silently switch its XOFF state and never initiate the upper layers (in this case MBLB proxy) through HUDEVT_SENT.

Impact

When a server flow incorrectly shares one of the client flow's connections, this could cause a crash.

Conditions

Flow-control enabled in MBLB SIP.

Workaround

None.

Fix Information

Flow control in the SIPP filter no longer blocks flow improperly.
