This issue causes connection timeouts.
Remote endpoint closes TCP window early and drops incoming TCP segment(s) from BigIP. Affects Standard TCP virtuals.
This issue has no workaround.
Unacknowledged TCP segments are re-transmitted upon re-opening of window.
