The Logd process might run into a connection loop with duplicate fd error in log. See error message "accept_conn: found duplicate fd in connMap" in /var/tmp/logd.out and seems to be indefinite.
Logd process cannot function and run in an indefinite loop
The system is under logging stress.
restart logd
Under logging stress, logd no longer writes duplicate fd errors in the log.
