In version 11.4.0, if a zipped Citrix Client Package is uploaded to the BIG-IP through the GUI, the individual files are unpacked and put in the sandbox called "citrix-client-package". The files unzipped are configured as individual sandbox files in the sandbox "citrix-client-package". At version 11.4.0, the name of these sandbox files don't include the full path. For this reason, upgrading these files from 11.4.0 to 11.5.0 will result in configuration load failure.
Configuration load failure after upgrading from 11.4.0 to 11.5.0, if the configuration contains "citrix-client-package" files unzipped by using the GUI.
Sandbox "citrix-client-package" contains files that are unzipped. The upload of the zip file was done thru the GUI. The filename of these sandbox files don't include the partition name. This condition is fixed in 11.5.0, so upgrade from 11.5.0 to 11.6.0 is fine.
Before upgrade from 11.4.0 to 11.5.0, remove these files from the configuration. Proceed with upgrade to 11.5.0. After upgrade, use the same procedure to upload the zipped Citrix Client Package file again.
After upgrading directly from 11.4.0 to 11.6.0, the configuration loads successfully now even if it contains "citrix-client-package" files that were uploaded (and unzipped) using the GUI.
