Enabling GTM sync on BIG-IP A in a GTM Sync group (while it is already enabled on BIG-IP B in the sync group) disables it on BIG-IP B. synchronize-zone-files setting gets disabled as well.
The system sends the configuration timestamp before fully receiving all the configuration information. GTM sync and synchronize-zone-files setting gets disabled.
The problem is caused by a timing issue when broadcast the new configuration timestamp.

In this release, there is a delay sending the configuration timestamp until the end transaction message has been received. This fixes the problem with sync becoming disabled.
