The file /var/tmp/logd.out was not being rotated. If it increased to a large size, it could fill up the /shared disk partition.

The /var/tmp/logd.out file is moved and renamed to /var/log/logd.log. This change enables /var/log/logd.log file to be rotated like other log files.
