No traffic can go through the box when the urldb plugin is inaccessible. A reset is sent back to the client when this happens.


SWG is not usable


Secure Web Gateway (SWG) is licensed and provisioned.


From the command line on the BIG-IP system, open the file /etc/bigstart/scripts/urldb and change the TMPLUGIN_SCHEDULER setting. Make the following change. #TMPLUGIN_SCHEDULER=`getdb tmplugin.scheduler` TMPLUGIN_SCHEDULER="hrsleep" Perform bistart restart urldb. This should bring the urldb plugin into a working state.

Fix Information

This release fixes a problem with initialization that sometimes blocked Secure Web Gateway traffic.
