If DHCP virtual was configured to work in forwarding mode, it drops all broadcasting (i.e., coming from source 0.0.0.0 and going to 255.255.255.255) DHCP traffic. This applies on both protocols DHCPv4 and DHCPv6 in the 11.6.0 release. If you want to support broadcasting DHCP traffic, then the DHCP virtual has to be configured in Relay mode rather than Forwarding mode.
DHCP broadcast traffic is not forwarded.
This occurs on DHCP virtuals configured in forwarding mode.
