mcpd becomes unresponsive after an upgrade or after loading the configuration. High mcpd CPU utilization. MCP processes the same profile over and over and does not move on.
- mcpd loops until killed when attempting to load config. - Will cause upgrades to fail.
A default stream profile "stream" is in the bigip.conf file and another stream profile defaults from it.
1- Backup configuration 2- Delete the default "stream" profile from bigip.conf (or comment it out).
Added code to allow MCP to continue processing profiles when it encounters this configuration.
