Using APM Network access, the system posts 'IPv4 Addr collision' in APM logs.
Client network access connection get disconnected abnormally; however, connections get reconnected after additional retries.
This usually happens when there are lot of reconnects for Network access connections seen in APM logs.
An issue in Network access; where customer would see 'IPv4 Addr collision' in logs has been fixed.
