Symptoms

When doing multiple SNMP-Walks from different client IP addresses to different local BIG-IP addresses (mgmt. port IP and external self IP), sometimes the SNMP responses have localhost as the source address.

Impact

The source address of a packet may be incorrect and this can be confusing.

Conditions

The socket binding can cause the source address to be incorrect.

Workaround

There is no workaround at this time.

Fix Information

This bug has been fixed and SNMP packets are correctly sourced.
