Occasionally when making configuration changes the CMI rsync daemon will not restart.
CMI rsync daemon will not restart and the failover pair will not sync.
No specific conditions lead to this issue.
This issue has no workaround at this time.
CMI rsync daemon will always restart now when necessary.
