Symptoms

In rare cases user cannot login to APM.

Impact

User cannot enter login credentials again even after taking remediation steps.

Conditions

Login page is customized and redirects user to an information page to perform some remediation and re-attempt login.

Workaround

None.

Fix Information

Users can now close logon window in "Locked Client" mode. The logon windows will be launched and the logon paged will be displayed where users can enter credentials again.
