Symptoms

Remote Proxy settings are not applied correctly after user connects and disconnects Edge client 10 times

Impact

Proxy settings are not applied correctly due to failure to start built-in PAC file server in Edge client.

Conditions

Proxy settings are configured on APM User disconnects and connect Edge client 10 times

Workaround

Restart Edge client

Fix Information

Cannot Start built-in PAC file server after multiple connecting/disconnecting edge client multiple times. This is now fixed.
