The kernel panics with a log entry similar to this: slot1/APULTXC102 crit kernel: kernel BUG at drivers/char/n_tty.c:1713!
This causes the BIG-IP system to failover.
It appears to require a use of telnet on the box, possibly with an external monitor that uses telnet.
This issue has no workaround at this time.
Resolved intermittent kernel panic that causes crash using telnet with external monitor.
