Symptoms

The kernel panics with a log entry similar to this: slot1/APULTXC102 crit kernel: kernel BUG at drivers/char/n_tty.c:1713!

Impact

This causes the BIG-IP system to failover.

Conditions

It appears to require a use of telnet on the box, possibly with an external monitor that uses telnet.

Workaround

This issue has no workaround at this time.
