Symptoms

Setting the DB variable 'qinq.cos' to 'outer' has no effect on the VLAN priority of packets arriving at customer-tagged interfaces and does not correctly affect the egress Class-of-Service (CoS) mapping.

Impact

Using the outer tag to affect VLAN CoS is not supported.

Conditions

Q-in-Q VLANs on customer-tagged interfaces.
