Symptoms

Category Lookup expression builder does not support custom categories.

Impact

Category Lookup agent defaults to use static categories. Created category is not shown in the builder. Custom categories are not shown in the list of categories. This makes it difficult for users to look up the category code, and come up with the correct category lookup expression.

Conditions

Using Secure Web Gateway (SWG). 1. Create a custom URL category. 2. Open Category Lookup expression builder.

Workaround

User manually come up with category look up expression. Additional dynamic categories must be coded in the XML.

Fix Information

In the expression builder, the dropdown list of categories now includes user-created, custom URL category.
