Inter daemon HAL messaging requests may fail, when the targeted daemon has not yet completed initialization and is not yet able to receive and respond to these requests. These requests will be retried periodically until the targeted daemon becomes available. You will see the following messages in /var/log/ltm: err stpd[6655]: 01290003:3: HalmsgTerminalImpl_::sendMessage() Unable to send to any BCM56XXD address
HAL message send request errors may be logged periodically until the target daemon is ready to receive the requests.
