When 2 or more policies are installed by PCRF which are referring to an existing rating group, then TMM will core.
Traffic disrupted while tmm restarts.
There is an existing policy already installed referring to a rating group, later if PCRF installs 2 or more policies referring to same rating group. then TMM will core

BIGIP/PEM will now properly handle the case when 2 or more policies from PCRF refer to the same existing rating group.
