There is an issue how the security policy name is displayed in the 'Security Policy Name' column on the Security > Application Security > Security Policies > Active Policies screen when the security policy has many virtual servers assigned to it.
The 'Security Policy Name' column on the Security > Application Security > Security Policies > Active Policies screen becomes useless.
Assign 10 virtual servers to a single policy.
