Symptoms

Importing an image or a hotfix using the GUI may fail on AVR-only BIG-IPs.

Impact

A blank page is displayed in the GUI in the software management pages, and catalina.out has the following log messages: ERROR [TP-Processor3] controller.XSLServlet:error - java.lang.IllegalStateException: Couldn't find an object or screen for this shuffle: sw_updates:upload

Conditions

This occurs if AVR is licensed and provisioned, with no LTM.

Workaround
